Good hotel, nothing exceptional.
Too expensive (Australia in general)
The location is perfect. And the gentleman staff member (Unfortunately i cant remember his name) went out of his way to deliver extra towels to my room.
We were looking forward to relaxing in the spa of an evening but it was out of order.
The location was excellent.
The room wasn't suitably prepared for the number of people staying there. Not enough towels or pillows on the beds.

I wanted a hotel in the CBD and close to the station. Didn't realise it was on top of the station. Luckily I always travel with earplugs otherwise would have found it difficult to sleep

I could not fault anything about the traders hotel. The service was good, breakfast was value for money and it is close to the transit center. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

request must have two single bed room , the senior staff say request not equle to must, he look unhelpful and no eye contact with me. the rest staff was O.K.

Value for money $250 pn booked 1 month ago. $100 hold on credit card even when the room is prepaid and the fact that it takes 4 days to return back funds into account. Gym - very old didn't feel comfortable or safe. Felt isolated.
You really need to be on the opposite side to the trains as they will interrupt your sleep.........VERY NOISY!!!!!

Not a perfect Hotel with kids. We had a room facing train station; even on 15th floor we recognized vibrations from the trains and the scratching noise.

When checking out I complained of four things. 1. The standard light did not work. 2. We were only supplied with one tea mug. 3. There was no iron in the cupboard and so I requested one. 4. When that was delivered to the room it didn't work. .
