They have free parking on the street side. The room was nice, had character, not just plain white. huge tv. The room was well equipped, had even an ironing board and an iron.

Humidity has left its mark in the kitchen, the cooker was rusty. Although it was a room for two it only had 1 fork for example, 1 glass for juice... They gave us 1 key card, but the electricity worked with the card, so if one left the other was in the dark room - ask for 2 key cards.

The security was wonderful. Felt totally safe.

The toilet was really smelly. Smelt like a male urinal. Just needs a good clean around the outside. Other than that, it was a great room.

The only real thing we had a problem with was the parking. Unless you paid for parking which wasn't cheap, every time you went out you took the risk of not having a spot when you returned and we could have dealt with this if it were just the two of us but we had my child with us who cannot walk and is special needs so it was difficult.

my only complaint is that the bathroom door didnt fully close as it hit the toilet

I was happy with the service and our room, only one thing stops it from being perfect and that's the parking, other then that I enjoyed mt stay and reccomend it to my friends and family nice place city palms keep it up. Warm Regards Jackie Bridge

The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the balcony and kitchenette. TV was big! Staff were obliging when I asked for a hair drier.

The hotplates in the kitchenette were slow to heat up and then slow to cool down. There were no markings to show on/off and the degrees of heat.

close to everything without being in the city and price was good for the size of apartment.

Needs some maintenance, i.e. aircon was dodgy, balcony door lock was also dodgy, no shelves ANYWHERE in the bathroom, not even in the shower cubicle. Curtains needed to be rehooked onto the traveler rod.

We spend a couple of nights there, and honestly it was just an amazing time! The staff is really friendly and really helpful. The accommodation is really nice, with terrace, a nice tv plasma, a little kitchen, and a nice bathroom ( an really clean!)! Everything for a great price ! Outside you can spend a good time in the jacuzzi as well!!! We decided to extend us travel there ! We just hope to have the possibility to come bak there as soon as possible !

NO MILK...after a 22hr train trip with a 7yo and bad coffee, I was looking forward to a coffee in the room before going anywhere...Enough milk for that coffee would have been memorable..lol

I stayed here and left a review 2 weeks earlier complaining about poor water pressure in the showers.... Well I stayed in the same room and I am very happy to say it was all fixed and marvellous!

the staff were lovely. the location superb - my 10 yr old had a really painful ear after our flight and the children's hospital was just up the road thank goodness! good secure offstreet parking (pay extra- but worth it) Fine for a short stay!

Really thin walls and shower had very little water pressure... i really could have used a good shower after my stressful night with the kids and hospital, but it was cheap and convenient...

It is close to the Royal Brisbane Hospital , my wife has to visit 2 or 3 times a year which makes it easier for us.

The call out price for a late check in (due to our car breaking down!) was $50 - just ten dollars less than we'd paid for our room in the first place! As this was far too much of a waste of money we instead spent the night sleeping in a friends' back garden instead of the special night out in Brisbane city that we had planned. Very disappointed that there was no way we could have talked to any one without paying the $50 fee as it really did ruin our night.

Very dated.. Parking was extra.. Hit mirror of concrete wall while reversing out of such a tight place..and person behind counter wanted to pursuit us for damages to property, even tho there was no marks on wall and we had broken car mirror. Rooms weren't exactly ensuite.. There was a shower in the middle of our room..

Very dirty and run down applicances. Iron was faulty and iron board run down. Microwave rusty inside also rusty cooktop. Hot water comes and goes unsafe for small children. All stairs so not pram friendly

The first day the room was clean. There was no cockroaches or mice. Thank you. The young man at admin was polite.

No range hood in kitchen, so each time toaster was used the smoke alarm went off. No broom or dust pan and brush. The towels in the bathroom were not changed until we asked for clean towels. The bed when we sat up slid away from the wall! The noise from the overhead rooms was loud...no sound insulation. Probably better to bulldoze it and start again. Sorry if this is harsh. There was honestly no room at the table to eat because the tv took all the room!

The secure parking was overbooked and I had to park in front of other cars leaving a note so I was woken EARLY to move my car. even though I had already approached staff stating this problem. Everything bought to the attention of staff was shrugged off no satisfaction given, Apartments are dirty and upkeep poor ie clean linen on floor in hallway awaiting housekeeping, mould in shower, lipstick on glasses, when staff told were not fazed, acted like it was normal and acceptable.
