I especially liked the extra large size of the room. I liked having the mini-bar and snacks in the room, even though I only bought a couple of items, also all the little extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. The small smoking balcony was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. It was probably the best place I've enjoy

The proximity of the hotel in relation to the town centre and so on. I
enjoyed the stay and the friendly nature of every single member of staff
I met regardless of job title. Everything was clean, tidy and inviting
and comfortable. I had the best nights sleep there I have had in a long
long time. Very relaxed.

We kregen een upgrade omdat we op onze huwelijksreis waren, dit kregen we in veel hotels niet.
Na de eerste nacht trokken we op tweedaagse naar Kangaroo Island, maar aangezien er een Christmas parade was, kon de bus ons niet komen ophalen aan het hotel. Het hotelpersoneel heeft heel veel moeite gedaan om alles in ord

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room very clean. Bathroom modern, clean and good size and loved the shampoos etc. Were of a good quality unlike a lot of places. Great 24hour room service menu. -
The staff was very helpful. A main desk member named Ben was so helpful above what was required. His service alone gave your accommodation an A1 rating . The staff in the dining room were great as well.

Everything! This is our third stay at Granada, and I can't see why
we would go elsewhere. On this occasion, we arrivedat 3am (due to an
unforeseen delay), but were greeted within seconds by a friendly,

- Great location. Bus stop two minute walk South & a direct route to city.

- Nice bakery & several restaurants directly opposite motel.
- Fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. The onsite Laundry was inexpensive & easy to operate

We appreciated the calm of the backpack'. It's clean everywere and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the big common area, with big tables, comfortables sofas, billard and TV with DVD.

Comfortable, clean, friendly hotel. The reception staff, restaurant staff and the cleaners were helpful and happy. The breakfast which was included was excellent. The evening meals in the hotel were good though a little expensive. The hotel is near the parks..so a walk into the central of Adelaide, but we knew that and chose that position. Value

The staff were excellent. My husband received a business call that required a fax and the staff were more than obliging. For the money we paid the room was clean and had all we needed. We would happily recommend Jacksons for those on a budget.

Jenni at the front desk and also her colleagues were friendly and helpful when it came to assistance with travelling to the Barossa Valley/ visiting Harbourtown Shopping and Glenelg. small but quite adequate, very clean and comfortable. At check in we
were given directions to get to the city - not too far away - and the

We have stayed hre before. We think it is suffering a little from being next door now to the Grand Chifley, which was a Park Royal.
However, the setting opposite parkland, the staff, the rooms are still bright, clean, comfortable - will definitely stay again. My husband really likes a city hotel where you have adequate parking and ease of unloading and loading.
