Good hotel, friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms, nice buffet breakfast with lots of tasty options. Walkable distance to city center and Plaza Independencia.
We made a reservation for the jacuzzi and sauna area, got there at the appointed time and the jacuzzi wasn't working. The neighborhood is not the best and I wouldn't walk there alone or even in pairs at night. No problem during daytime.

Nice comtemporary and stylishly designed hotel. Buffet breakfast was good, even catering for gluten free diet. The hotel is well located about a 15 min walk from plaza independencia. The beds and room were comfortable. The room was nice and large. It's a nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay and it was reasonably priced. It's not a 5 star hotel as advertised on letsbookhotel.com, we suggest closer to 4. Reasonably good gym on site.
No bath plug in the bath and when we asked for one, what we were given was too small. We improvised with a showercap! Reception staff wouldn't assist with bookings or advice for restaurants or spas which they were affiliated with.

Very poor breakfast! Have to pay extra for eggs, have to pay extra for anything other than their weakish coffee....Didn´t have the promised "champagne" in the morning for two of our breakfasts. Repeatedly messed up our room cards so we had to replace them about 8 times which was annoying!
