Helpful and friendly staff. Good location. For families with young children, it is a must to visit "Museo de los Ninos Abasto" at Av. Corrientes (my 5 year-old daughter said it is better than Disneyland) and the hotel is close. Also close to El Ateneo Grand Splendid bookstore on Av. Santa Fe. The staff was friendly and very helpful with my many queries but for providing me with a quite room that I had requested beforehand. The location is excellent very close to an underground entrance. The room was fair size and had all the needed facilities.
