Not perfectly located, but Tidewater made up for that in the
friendliness of the staff, value, facilities, cleanliness and comfort.
And not forgetting the amazing on-site breakfast diner! The guy on
reception was very helpful and gave hints and tips on local eateries and
things to do. It was very quiet (perhaps the time of year) and the

The indoor pool was great for the kids especially since it was raining. Our room was clean and large enough for the 4 of us. -
It was dirt cheap to stay at and if you only need a room, shower, and
bathroom while you visit the cape this is the place.

Actually, after all the "negatives" I had seen and read
about "American Host Motel" (after I booked it), I was very
pleased with everything about it. Yes - the hot tub wasn't
working... Because they were in the process or replacing it with a new
one. I would highly recommend this Motel to any one who is budget-
minded and didn't need a 5-star Reso

clean rooms, spacious enough, internet facilities and parking was included in the price. There was a decent aircondition unit in our room and a large tv screen. Price was reasonable when compared to other nearby motels. -
I enjoyed the cleanliness and the staff would stay there again

Right as soon as I checked in the woman at the desk was so friendly and
welcoming. The entire motel is very nicely landscaped, that may not
matter to most people but it shows they care about their outside

I don't look for five star resorts because I don't intend on sitting in a hotel, I want to see everything around. The Windrift was very Cape Coddy and beachy. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were very clean. It is very centrally located to anything on the Cape. I will definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very clean, it was spacious, it had everything we needed and more. I loved that we had 2 full baths, that we got extra towels and extra pillows. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the private balcony. The maid service was excellent. It made for a very relaxing vacation. My family and I would definitely stay here again

very clean kept up facilities, friendly staff, pool right by the water, heard from a staff member they donate certain electrical items and grills to charities so their offerings are always new! Plenty of closet/storage space. Again, VERY clean!!! VERY helpful and accommodating staff!!!

The room was very clean. I love the idea that the Duvet Cover was washed. We had problems with the room cooling and we were offered another room right away. Brad was very helpful. They are going through the trouble of mailing my forgotten phone charger and my sons left behind Nike running shoe. Will return for sure :) -

Everything. I stayed at Hunters Green during the July 4th holiday and had to come back again before the end of summer. The owner and staff were outstandingly friendly. Extremely accommodating helpful with where to eat and not to eat. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay with them again. Free excellent coffee or tea all day/evening until office closes is a nice perk. Heated pool was nice and the owner even kept it open a little later for me and my family to swim. The price was excellent hope it stays in this economy.

The location is great. Everything you could possibly need is a beautiful walk away. Right in the middle of Cape Cod. Close to beaches. Staff was friendly and polite. Room was pretty good.
