A truly wonderful place! Planned to stay only for one night but extended it for 2 nights due to the great place, atmosphere, location, and people. The Coast Village Inn was a great value for what you got which included a microwave and refrigerator and wireless access to the internet. For our visit, it was centrally located to the restaurants and places we wanted to see during our trip. The owner earned big points for helping us get tickets to see one of my favorite singers at The Saco River Theatre. In addition, he printed a map to the theatre for us. We would definitely stay at the Coast Village Inn again.

We went to the Majestic in October, after attending a wedding in the area. Even though we arrived very late, the receptionist was very friendly.

During off season, because I am not sure the reasonnable price can continue , but this place had everything : good location, tennnis, boccee game, barbecue, swimming, fridge in room, free breakfast,
and it is like a 5 stars resort at a very friendly price not to say extremely reasonnable price :)

It was clean and although there were a lot of young guests and children it was very quiet once I was in my room. At check-in, the manager was very friendly and gave us excellent advice on restaurants in the area.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The location good and close to trolley stops (one beside the Inn, the other just across the road).

The room was clean and spacious and had the amenities we needed,
including tv with many stations and a refrigerator. There was plentiful
soap and shampoo.
The view from the balcony on the third floor overlooked the Ogunquit River estuary where we saw a doe with a fawn, seven swans a swimming and numerous water fowl.
The breakfast was the best free

We arrived to our hotel and the staff at the lobby were friendly with good customer service. Our hotel room was clean and with a nice view of the salt mash river. The bed was comfy, enjoyed listening to the waterfalls and the birds from our hotel terrace, and I spotted some unusual birds on the salt mash...we also enjoyed our stay because the hotel was close to nice restaurants and for nature lovers it was a plus for us. Close to walking nature trail of the salt mash.

The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. The ROOMS WERE CLEAN. Really, I should have opened with that because cleanliness is my number one concern and these rooms were spotless. Resort was in a great location. Staff was friendly and accommodating to all needs. Rooms were very clean and well kept even though it is not a new build. Resort had 2 pools. One inside and one outside. Just an all around great place to stay. This is our second stay there and we hope to return to The Mariner again next year.
