Close by all of the things I came to do. The breakfast was great, I am glad you upgraded to the texas waffle makers. Bed was made every morning and fresh towels given. I left money and other valuables, but nothing was touched or taken. Great location. Room was nice, clean and quite comfortable. Like that it provided iron, ironing board and hair blow dryer as well as a coffee maker. Breakfast had a good variety of items.

The staff dealing with customer. The staff was great. Very nice and helpful. The manager gave us a list of museums. The swimming pool The free breakfast. It wasn't that far from Sea World. Great. Location. Breakfast. less expensive than some others nearby although far too expensive for what it is. It was near sea world and the river walk. Location to Business Meeting. Nothing. Almost moved out. Location. The bathtub wasn't thoroughly cleaned before my stay. Had to park far from my room, but did go during spring break. Breakfast/eating area was a tad bit small and couldn't find table available. Nothing. The bathroom is not wide enough. The toilet was dirty on the inside. There were two roaches in our bathroom over our six night stay. The desk clerk couldn't direct us to a restaurant of our choice. That the bathroom was rt at the front with no door to the sink area. So the person sleeping in the first bed had the light rt in their eyes from the bathroom. Plus you could almost see it from the doorway. When we checked out they charged us $100 more than what we were quoted when I made the reservations!. They did not have enough time to get all the rooms cleaned before check- in time they were also giving rooms away to people that did not have reservations and the ones that did have reservations had to wait to get a room, and their elevator was broke, I am disabled and was upset because I was first told the only room they had available was on the third floor. No refrigerator no microwave for the price. Tv did not work. cold pool, over crowded breakfast, grimy windows, poor location with few restaurants or anything nice or interesting nearby. The room smelled like smoke and the ac took a long time to get cold. Roaches rm 111; smelly rooms - I had to switch 3 times; itchy sheets...never again!!!! Honestly, I've already told a handful of people never to stay there. Poor room cleaning, too crowded in dining area; could not ever have breakfast there, building and area dirty, plumbing bad (flush 3 times to clear toilet every time (not just ours but friends who stayed there also), overcharged other guests for same room, no posted room rates, condescending manager, "forgotten" wake up calls, broken laundry facilities, slow and crashing business computer, poor parking (spaces for compacts but its texas! Everybody drives trucks!). I was assigned a room that was not clean had to return to the front desk for another room poor and unprofessional. bath tun was not clean, maid did not leave,soap in room one day left towels on counter top. blanckets where full of blood and cum stains. Room smelled musty and comforter had dried blood on it.
