The staff was very attentive. Our king room was large, very clean and well-appointed. Two very comfortable seating choices in the room. The front desk was very helpful in directing us to dining choices. Breakfast was several steps above the usual with several protein choices. -

This was a comfortable room for the price. The staff was very friendly
and helpful. We experienced a problem with the phone in the room and
they were up within 5 minutes to correct the problem. The motel is
currently undergoing renivations which will make the rooms nice and the
facility nice. Our room had been redone and it was very nice. We liked
the hardwood floors instead of carpet.

The location is hard to beat - across the road from Flathead Lake. The owners of the Islander also have a little pub/restaurant overlooking the lake which provides great food at reasonable prices. We were mesmerised by the sunset over the lake. -

We had concerns about the cleanliness on our last visit. All the rooms on the first floor have new carpets, furniture, bedcovers, toilets, and everything in the room was clean and fresh. A lovely improvement. -
We were travelling with dogs for a dog event, and they were very accomodating.

West Yellowstone is remote so you can't expect Las Vegas standards. The rooms in the Inn are small but clean, bed was comfortable and surprisingly it had a fridge and microwave. Walk to supermarket, restaurants and visitor centre. Reasonable value for money compared to other locations in the National Park. -

I liked the staff, they were helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. had a microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer and refrigerator which is good for families. Also a nice TV. Quiet too. -

The complimentary breakfast was generous and good. The pool landscape is fun with cool little tables for parents to socialize and sit while the kids play. The stairway goes straight to the pool. The restaurant in the hotel was open late and the burger was good. Staff was super friendly. -

I thought the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was similar to most, but great considering the price. I love that there was more than enough seating with breakfast. All told, I have paid nearly three times the price for equivalent accommodations. I was delighted to receive such quality at such an affordable price point. -

Location is ideal for access to East Glacier side of Glacier National Park. Extremely close to Amtrak station and East Glacier Park Lodge. Small restaurants and groceries nearby. All day access to snacks at the hotel, very nice. Room included sink, microwave, refrigerator, and a few dishes. Family owned and run and staff very friendly and helpful

I was very surprised with this hotel. Staff is amazing and super friendly, room is great, super comfortable with a lot of little details that makes all the difference. Everything follows the bear theme and you will find a lot of cute surprises around the hotel.
If only I knew how great this hotel was I would have spent more time there.

We really enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast/area were nice. Will definitely stay there again if in the area. Whole family loved it.
