  This hotel was wonderful!! We brought our girls in an overnight "American Girl" getaway. They have a package upgrade here that was fantastic! We surprised our girls at checking when the front desk handed them their American Girl bags with a travel bed,pillow,blanket, and letter for the doll! We then went shopping at ag. They brought the girls milk and cookies upon return and we were concierge level so we enjoyed t - The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to provide for us in ways that were not required. For example, they provided us with a free breakfast even though we had not rented a room for which that came packaged. They also provided free internet in our rooms. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

  The staff at the front desk, particularly Laura, was so helpful, pleasant and accommodating. I loved the spaciousness of my suite. It was updated and very comfortable. - I loved the staff they were very friendly and made you feel like you were home. It was also very close to a lot of shopping, entertainment and food.

  I liked the location of the hotel. I was there for a wedding, and several of my family members stayed at other hotels, but came over to mine and enjoyed the spacious area downstairs. It was great for visiting! Located very close to a huge shopping mall. Personnel was extremely friendly and helpful.
