I had a nice time staying at the Residence Inn on March 1st, 2013. I wish I could have stayed longer but my funds would not let me. But overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend this place to anyone and of course I will be returning to the Residence Inn in the near future or sooner. -
We really liked the facilities although next time

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Both Valet and Front desk were
always prompt and willing to help. Hotel is in a great location. I would
not stay anywhere else. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable.
Hotel has a great pool. Valet is $34 a day. I would like to give a
special thanks to the young man at the valet and Roy at the fron

Loved the location. Was able to walk to the Superdome for the game.
Able to walk to or was picked up at the hotel for all excursions.
It's far enough away from Bourbon Street to be able to sleep with
no noise and close enough to be on Bourbon Street to walk there in
minutes. It's about a 20 minute walk to Frenchman Street. I would
stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Seth at the front desk and
the bartenders in wow, the restaurant inside the hotel. They were able
to answer all my questions and give me the lay of the land, so to speak.
If it's your first time there, be sure to ask them about local
things that interest you, such as places to eat, places to watch

The valet staff was awesome! Never had an issue waiting on our car or
dropping it off. We were able to check out at in the am but leave our
car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely
convenient! Loved getting a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check in.
Hotel was perfect location to all touristy areas...yet was quiet.

This was the most beautiful Hotel. The service was above excellent. The staff were so friendly and catered to your every need and the breakfast is out of this world. If it was a ship it would be just like the titanic. Would definetly recommend. Conviently located to everything. Cant say enough wonderful things about it. Me and my husband loved it!!

Since there was no room at the time of arrival--we left luggage and when we returned we were given a first class room at our regular room price. this made up for any inconvenience of room not available at time of arrival. Would stay there again. Love the location of the hotel. had stayed there many times when it was Holiday Inn. Woulld defin

Great location for enjoying the French quarter yet getting some sleep. East side of the French Quarter, one block from Bourbon St. Easy access to the city streetcar system. Busy staff try very hard to service the guests and succeed if you are patient. Lots of art and antique shops down Royal St. from hotel.

A bit too much "work" going on in lobby and out front
throughout the stay - I know such must occur, but perhaps some small
discount/accomodation is in order for those who endure it. Still not
too big a deal for me, but something to think about. Also disappointed
as a gold member that letsbookhotel.com had a cheaper rate than through the
Hilton Honors website - did not understand that

La tranquillità - I loved the staff as well as the hotel. Everything was perfect from the time we checked in to check out. Close to Bourbon and within walking distance of alot of shops. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the comfortable beds andthe ease of checking in and out. I can't wait to stay there again.

We stayed in the Queen Anne House, which was one of several buildings in the hotel. It was a beautiful old house of about 7-9 rooms and was wonderful.. This is a converted older home in the Garden District, close to the street car line, and has a quiet charm. The rooms are small but adequate and well furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is quite good. We have stayed here twice and will again.

This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it

Easy access to the River Walk, Street Cars, Harrah's Casino and, Bourbon Street which we loved... being that this was a leisure trip/ b-day celebration

Loved the restored historical property the wide porch with rocking chairs the spacious room with large bathtub. The B&B owner checked us in and was fantastic. He provided us a
map of the surrounding areas and gave us a number of recommendations
for restaurants. Our room was upgraded for free. In addition to the
amazing breakfast, there were always treats on hand and an honor bar
with beer on tab and wine available. The building is amazing and our
room and bathroom were fantastic. The location is a few lovely blocks
from trolley line. We would definitely stay there again and would
recommend it.
