Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Will

Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

For a hostel everything was very modern and the facilities were very clean. Staff were ok but couldn't really give us much information outside of the free airport shuttle they offer. Location is fantastic, heaps of restaurants around and the beach is only a 5 min walk. -

We had a 2-bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and excellent value for money. The apartments are located in several blocks around courtyards; ours was located next to the pool area. This was fine (not too noisy) but if you would mind this I'd suggest you request one away from the pool area. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Whatever request we made they answered and fulfilled it to the best of their abilities. RICARDO and Paula was great! I enjoyed my stay there and I will return. The location of the apartment was most convenient being that it was literally 5 minutes away from the strip by car. Not much ruckus and noise so we got some much needed rest when we finally layed down.

The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. -

Great location near the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, ATM's - anything you could want. Free parking and a basic breakfast are included, as well as free WiFi. The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.
