We liked the spacious king bedroom with the Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.

The staff during check in was friendly and very helpful. Someone had
taken the remote for the tv, and they had another one sent up in a
matter of minutes. Room was clean, loved the balcony, have been there
before and hope to return. Having the continental breakfast saved me
about $30 a day, so that made it possible for us to do other things.

The staff at Johnson's Inn were very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. I was impressed at how thorough the cleaning staff were. Everything was well maintained and we were close to the strip of stores I like in Gatlinburg. It was walking distance to the Aquarium which was a huge plus. -

I liked everything. The room was spacious, clean and was right on a river. It was also right behind the parkway where there was plenty of shopping and places to eat. I enjoyed the fact that they had given us an upgrade on our reservation. My fiancé and I loved the proximity to Gatlinburg's main strip and that we weren't forced to pay for parking. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel. Even though we stayed during the weekend, we felt that we had our privacy and didn't notice any commotion. We will definitely come back to River Terrace.

I chose your hotel because of the fireplace and balcony. We LOVED sitting around the fireplace drinking coffee while admiring the fall colors through balcony glass door.

The location was great for catching the trolley to either the main downtown shopping district or to Pigeon Forge. The view of the mountains from the balcony was nice. Would be great when leaves are changing. The continental breakfast was additional savings and was quite nice.

I found it to be a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. It's a older motel, the court yard IDE we stayed in is the older section, but it was well kept up and very clean. For my kids ages 9 and 21 the Internet and pools are importtant, they had both! And my 9 year old loved having 3 pools to choose from! On one particular night a families kids above our heads got rowdy. One call to the desk resolved the problem in minutes. As to location...I like being out if the hustle of downtown. I

The rooms are clean, the view from the bar is great as well, the fire pit is a very nice touch. That is our second stay here and I have recommended the hotel to all my friends. Great hotel.
