I liked that our room was just across the pool so the kids just went through the patio. I also liked the location where the light railway is also just across the hotel. I used it to go direct to the convention center while my family was enjoying the pool. Liked the breakfast too. -

What a pleasant surprise. As I travel a lot for business on a very

location -- close to the company we were working at, across the road from public transit (VTA), Denny's in the parking lot, almost next door to EBay
Staff -- very friendly, willing to help with directions, answer questions, help in any way they could
Facilities -- not extravagant but all working
Clean -- it was clean
Price -- it was a business trip, so our company paid, but it was still about 2/3 the price of the lower tier hotels (which all had bad reviews, which is why I chose this place)

The location of this site is excellent relating to location to light
rail, airport, Starbucks, and quick eats. It is also close enough to
major highway onramps, such as routes 101 and 87.
Although this site seems like it may not be safe, I didn't have any problems with noise or confrontations. The people here are very friendly and helpful. -

Morning coffee, McD's next door; ease of access from and to freeways needed; quiet; climate control in my room was good - gas station with mini-mart close by. -
It was inexpensive, the room was clean, the fridge and tv worked. The
bathroom although old had a good shower with adequate hot water.

Really well located. Right next to the freeway and 2 minutes away walking from the trolley to the convention center.
Not far from it (5 minutes walking) there is a Denny's and a 7Eleven.

I liked the sleep number beds and the hotel was very close to the airport and the highways, which made getting around San Jose easier.
The staff at the front desk were great, they have a shuttle to the airport and easy access to the pool for a quick dip. -

How pleasant the staff was, very clean facilities, and conveniently connected to the airport (courtesy shuttle) and downtown (light train). - I liked the location of the hotel, the buffet breakfast, and proxity to various eating establishments.

We were amazed by the service of the staff and the decor of this property. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. Nice, confortable Motel with big rooms and quite. Staff is very helpfull. It is located near a 24/7 bus line. - Nice area, fairly quiet despite of traffic on Alameda Road. WLAN free. Good Mexican restaurant very close by.

The room was very clean and comfortable. You could tell they really take cleanliness seriously-which is a good thing. The flat screen tv had all kinds of free cable channels to choose from which was great and the girl at the front desk couldn't have been any nicer! All in all I would stay there again for the value, the cleanliness, and pleasant
