I liked that our room was just across the pool so the kids just went through the patio. I also liked the location where the light railway is also just across the hotel. I used it to go direct to the convention center while my family was enjoying the pool. Liked the breakfast too. -

The location of this site is excellent relating to location to light
rail, airport, Starbucks, and quick eats. It is also close enough to
major highway onramps, such as routes 101 and 87.
Although this site seems like it may not be safe, I didn't have any problems with noise or confrontations. The people here are very friendly and helpful. -

I like that the Biltmore is pet friendly, theres even a trail where one
can walk their pet. Really enjoyed the room, clean, equipped, and nice
interior design. We also enjoyed the landscaping, made our nightly
stroll more enjoyable & relaxing.
