  The hotel is in a great location, downtown and close to Al Ain Oasis and museums. Free underground parking with easy access to the hotel.   sports facilities were pretty good (especially the small golf course), staff was helpful, wide range of restaurants - Only miss reta the duty manager she was profitional but the receptionwas sooooo pooor bad and they are the wors hotel I stay in .
