  This is a very splendid hotel indeed, comfortable, elegant and stylish. My classic double room was magnificent in every respect. The staff were all wonderfully friendly, courteous, obliging and helpful. Guest Relation Officer Jean Laolao deserves a special mention.   Pulizia e grande cortesia - Very relaxing, friendly and comfortable - wuld have loved to have stayed longer however we will definitely return! - Upgraded to a suite! Service was excellent too. Lovely pool area.

  sports facilities were pretty good (especially the small golf course), staff was helpful, wide range of restaurants - Only miss reta the duty manager she was profitional but the receptionwas sooooo pooor bad and they are the wors hotel I stay in .
