A very nice hotel, with friendly and very helpful staff. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We called in early in the morning and as our room was ready we were allowed to book in straight away rather than waiting until the afternoon which was very helpful. -

Chris and Karen are fantastic hosts and cannot do enough for you. My son plays for Torquay United and lives a long way from home so we don't get to see him very often, Karen allowed him to come and join us for breakfast even though he never stayed at the baytree. Very highly recommended.warm wellcome.room absolutely spotless,fresh and serviced everyday and quiet for a good nights sleep.excellent choice of breakfast served freshly made.The owners obviously take a lot of pride in there accomadation to look after there guests.

The stay was magnificent. Hotel staff were very helpful and extreemly polite, the hotel itself was very clean and tidy, and the room was refurbished to a very high standard. My partner and i were very impressed. - Made us feel very welcome, tea and biscuits on arrival. Good restaurant recommendation and couldn't have been more accommodating.

I booked a one week stay, B&B in a single room hoping for a relaxing

There were excellent facilities at the hotel (swimming pool, games area etc) and plenty to keep our children occupied. The rooms were very clean and well serviced and the hotel is in a great location, near to Torquay town and beach, but in a quiet area. -

I liked the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym. My wife was also impressed with the spa treatments.

The reception was very welcoming and warm when we arrived. The food was good, we didn't have to wait long for it. The spa was wonderful and the fact that you could walk all around the complex without going outside, really appealed

Prior to our stay all our questions were answered fully by emails from the proprietors. When we arrived we were very impressed by the ambience and feel of the hotel. Our stay was enhanced by the friendly, helpful and efficient proprietors, the massive comfortable bed in a delightfully airy, clean room, not to mention the most marvellous breakfasts.
