Ottima guest house 3 stelle. Princess street raggiungibile a piedi, old town a 5 minuti di bus (N°31). Personale gentilissimo, ottima accoglienza, colazione scozzese eccellente. Ok la pulizia, camera non grandissima ma comunque confortevole per 2 persone (ok anche il bagno). Assolutamente consigliato - Direi che come albergo a conduzione familiare

lovely apartment, very homely and well run, good breakfast provided in the aprtment, very helpfull staff, good location, we have a 5 month old boy and we walked to most attractions including the castle, shops nearby including Tesco express for grabbing food for the aprtment but have resturants right on the canal by the aprtment if you prefer. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was stocked with basic essentials. Parking was great too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definately use this apartment/hotel complex again. - The apartment was lovely, and the staff were very helpful, allowing is into our rooms early so that we could get ready for a wedding. I made several calls prior the trip to ensure that we could get a high chair and cot for our baby and the staff remembered me and were very friendly.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.
Also great having some provisions in apartment for when we first arrived. -

letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so
attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room.
The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added
extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers. We
also had a massage each in the spa centre which was fantastic. The
location is more than you could ask for- everything on the doorstep!!

We stayed in the McDonald Bath spa hotel so we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The staff can't do enough for you, opens doors always ask if your ok and if there's anything they can do for us. The caretaker, Rachel, is very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the fact that we could park the car safely on site - a rarity this close to the centre of Edinburgh. The studio was spacious, clean and bright. Rachel was absolutely lovely
and helpful. The location was superb, with public transportation to go
anywhere. I honestly couldn't say enough about how staying at such
a lovely place added to our wonderful Scotland visit! My family plans
to go back to Scotland and Palace Residential will be our first choice
each time.

STAFF WERE SO HELPFULL ADVISING WHERE TO GO WITH CHILDREN AGED 6 AND 13 THEY REALLY ENJOYED DYNAMIC EARTH ALSO ABLE TO GET IN EARLY AS STAFF HAD JUST FINISHED CLEANING, BUT HAD BEEN ADVISED WE COULD LEAVE BAGS IF ARRIVING EARLY THIS WAS VERY HELPFULL BECAUSE WE TRAVELLED BY TRAIN. ... cosa dice la gente » ASTER TREAT EVEN MORE SPECIAL. - Five minute walk from Haymarket railway station. Everything was in walking distance, but good local transport for the less energetic. Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem one evening when we had no hot water, but within five minutes staff were on site and water was restored.
