Loved the huge bathroom. Toiletries were replenished each day. Breakfastdining room was lovely, with a good selection of food. King-size bed,and room overlooking the outdoor pool . Bar snacks were tasty and well-presented. Hot Chocolate was superb. Staff pleasant. - Excellent food in the restaurant. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very welcoming

1) Receptionist we dealt with was fantastic from the moment we
arrived until the time we left. Nearly all of the staff we
encountered were lovely.
2) Mark Jordans food was exceptional both in terms of quality and (relative) value for money (we had the £65 3 course)
3) Location and views provided by hotel. Whilst it is a bit out of the way, it was lovely none the less

The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. The hotel is very well situared, easy walking distance of the amenities etc, The rooms were a good size although we did find them too hot, we never had the heating on and had the window open at all times; this is not a criticism as I am sure other guests wouldnt complain. Staff were very helpful, in particular the restaurant staff, great service both morning and evening for breakfast and first evening meal. Spa was also very good and the lady who helped me extremely helpful and kind.
Loved the fact that there were FRESH flowers on the tables, how very nice.

Everything you needed, nice touch with coffee etc on arrival and welcome
pack. Bus to airport stops outside and costs £1.70 :-) used dishwasher,
washer etc and no problem with leaving your rubbish etc out and getting
extra tabs. Paid etc for harbour view which was lovely on the night we
stayed in. Bed and topper very comfortable. Recommend the Hac

The Liberty Apartment looks like new and is spotlessly clean- 10/10
to the housekeeping staff. Location is superb, within easy walk of most
of the attractions of Jersey - St Helier.
Fast wi-fi and the staffs at the reception is VERY VERY POLITE. Whats a wonderful view of the Marina they gave to me.. wooow!!! I will be back there for sure very soon.

The lovely room and friendliness of all the staff. I would especially like to mention Dani in reception and Thierry, the restaurant assistant manager, who were exceptional people. Please thank them both - Clean, modern, happy friendly staff,excellent choice of facilities.
