My son (4 years old) and myself really enjoyed our stay in the park inn.. When we checked in we were giving a room on the 3rd floor when I went up I realised there was no bath in the room which for my son is essential so I asked at reception if we could be changed and they changed us to the 5th floor straight away which I was very grateful for. We only stayed for one night as we had tickets for the Peter Gabriel concert at the Phones4U Arena. The hotel was perfectly situated for both the arena and access to all the delights Manchester shopping and culture has to offer - and we would not have known there was a National Museum of Football in the country if we hadn't scanned the helpful literature placed in our room. flight home to dublin was canceled and managed to get 3 rooms at this hotel very impressed was thinging of staying another night - this hotel was fantastic and we will most definatly be using it again! the staff were really helpfull and really pleasent.

The spacious room and all the extra as we booked into the excecutive suite we decided to spoil ourselfs and are glad we did, it was worth every penny, we normally stay in a premier inn, but there really wasn't that much difference in price so glad we.

The hotel is ideally situated just between the very city centre and the universities, it's walking distance from major Manchester sites. The room was comfortable, clean and had tea facilities. location was perfect. rooms were clean and comfortable. and the staff were exceptional especially Claire on reception who helped us when we needed an email printing off with our concert tickets on it. she also helped us with advice re travelling around manchester and gave us information about shops, restaurants etc. she really is an asset to this hotel and nothing was too much trouble for her.

I loved the decor, the room was very comfortable and the facilities better than published - eg flat screen Tv, free wifi access,the bistro style food was fantastic - and very reasonably priced - The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was amazing! Hotel just been refurbished so everything was brand new. Lovely toiletries!
