The hotel is so near the tube station, it was excellent. The food was also excellent in this hotel. we felt very safe staying here. We will def be back.

we stayed in the four bedroomed apartment as we were a large group of nine and they put in a spare bed for us and left two litres of fresh milk in the fridge. The apartment is on two floors with huge balconies and is perfect for large groups or multiple family members. the shutlle service was helpful and flexible. -

I loved the modern design of the hotel. Really loved the room it was amazing! Such a fantastic experience which I could of stayed another night but couldnt really afford another night :( would stay again but too far from anything like the good pubs in Covent garden etc. very lovely food :) best hotel ive ever stayed in!

Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. I took a suite and 223 is one great suite, it is huge and the facilities are immense.

Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road.
Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay.
Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food but we did have drinks in the bar and cannot fault the staff, they were friendly and helpful, even giving us a free bottle of house champagne

We had the king room and the facilities and layout, space available was fantastic, decor and choice of room furniture is brilliant and gives added value to the stay, the room had two large double beds plus a lounge area and seating area for desktop work. Free internet and free minibar included as part of the package. It is 2 minutes walk from earls court tube and 1 minutes walk from earls court high street.
