  After reading some reviews I was a little worried about staying here but please don't let the bad reviews put you off. My stay was wonderful. Easy to find, the receptionist who greeted us was polite, and helped us pay for our parking.   Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. Lovely quirky building. The staff and the owner were extremely helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They accommodated us with a vegan breakfast and helped to organise the parking even after we checked out. Many thanks for making our stay so pleasant! - The friendly and helpful staff. We were at the cafeteria 45mins before it opens and the staff told us that she couldn't have the cooked food ready for us. Despite that, she tried her best to provide us as much free flow of food (cereal, milk, juice, coffee, toast) as we can get for our breakfast. The receptionist was also helpful to initiate to show us the directions to train station.
