ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima pulizia, colazione ed accoglienza - We asked for a sea view and got exactly that. Could not have asked for better. Could lay in bed and hear the sea at night. This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! The hotel is in a perfect location, with wonderful views of the sea, pier and the Brighton Eye. The hotel is spotless throughout, and the rooms are wonderfully equipped! The bed was huge, and the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the ensuite wetroom a delight. There were thoughtful touches everywhere- a coffee machine, lovely biscuits, and chocolate; bath robes and toiletries; a smart tv and WiFi....

The manager was polite, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extremely good and freshly cooked. Room very clean, too. Everything! The staff made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble and I can say that no other hotel I have ever stayed at, even at a higher star rating has had a better standard in everything. - Staff were very friendly and room was very large and comfortable and with a sea view as an added bonus

Staff were generally friendly. The room was very 'homely' even though it was obviously a very old building. Was cosy at night. The area wasn't too noisy even though it was on the beach. Very pleased with my stay, already planning to stay here again when me and my friend next visit Brighton.

The hotel is very conveniently located - close to an underground car park and the sea front. The room we had was great, clean with nice interior. The only let down was the view. As we were located below the ground level, we had a wall of the neighboring building as the window view. Apart from that everything was really good and we would be going back when visiting Brighton again.
