We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived till we left. They all went out of there way to be helpful. The hotel was clean, the food was lovely homecooked northern grub.. great!!. It was great to have the choice to have your room serviced daily or not, this enabling you to have a lie in.

We stayed in room 9 which was a little outhouse it was lovely and cosy. Modernised. And very quiet! We had a perfect nights sleep and only woke up to our alarm waking us for breakfast which we had a choice of time, 10am so we also got a nice lie in. Staff were very friendly welcoming and chatty. Would definitely stay again -

absolutely greatest place to stay in Blackpool for the this similar price, I compared it with many other hotels and decided to choose this one, and it didn't let me down, staff were friendly and very considerate, rooms were warm and comfortable, I missed my breakfast coz I really did not want to get up lol. Bar room had games such as darts, pool and 24 hr access. Only a few mins walk from the main attractions. Under new management, expect room upgrades such as flat screen TV soon.

The location is great,the pleasure beach only a 5 minute walk and away from the noise of the centre. I was very pleasantly surprised on arrival as I wasn't expecting too much! the apartments are pet friendly and are fully equipped, more than the average self catering, nice and clean. The owner and his staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

Quiet and convenient location with car parking right outside the door yet only 5 minutes walk to the Pleasure Beach. Very clean, plenty of hot water and well equipped. Dog friendly, at no extra cost, with grassed area opposite the apartment for last wee of the night.
