The room was clean, we were provided 2 free bottles of water, the air conditioning worked beautifully, the bathroom had a tub, and the breakfast was great. Parking was free and convenient, and lots of attractions were very nearby. -

I liked almost everything. The staff at the hotel was so nice and friendly that we weren't even charged breakfast. I would certainly recommend it, it also has a great view of the city from a dominant position on the hillside. -

It was a very very pleasant stay for me. The staff,the hotel itself,the decoration(textiles is my business and even the quality of the fabrics used for the decoration is excellent),the wellness facilities are excellent.

- luxury hotel with a long history and famous guests
- rooms and services absolutely deserve 5 stars
- staff is excellent- helpful and with good English
- breakfast fits 5 stars hotel and you can eat it outside in the balcony with the panoramic view over the city
- good location that not only gives you a good view of the city, but is also close to the historical market. (30min walking and 10-15 min driving)
- just 5 ,ims to Bursa's biggest park- Kultur park- a must see
- great SPA with hot mine

The hotel is really good. Location perceft especially if you go to
Uludag mountain. It's on the way. Hamam is really nice and rooms are
comfortable. Had a good relax while staying there overnight. -
The best thing is hamam build by Imperor Ustinian (ancient Roman
Empire). Still working ))

Very clean.
Polite staff, the location is good 10 minutes walking from down town. The rooms are comfortable . The parking is free but outside the hotel on the road. Breakfast was good. Good wifi. -

They upgrade my room from classic one to corner room....WOW!! excellent view from my room, very wide windows, a charming green mountain view, very very big bath room. everything was excellent. the hotel is very near to carefour mall but not inside the heart of city ..even so it location is very good. I liked everything about it. the best hotel I have been to in whole Turkey. Great staff though they do not speak English well . but they try their best to help. wonderful variety of breakfast. you can enjoy it outside. tons of thanks to the General Manager and his hospitality and for the whole staff. 10 out of 10 !!!! -

I have stayed only two days on a business trip at the Burse City Hotel. I have never enjoyed sutch a generous hospitality in a hotel before.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. When i was late for a meeting for example, they just toulk there car and drove me there! 15km!
And when i had a problem with my creditcard they refused to take my payment (the last cash i had on me!) untill i made sure the problem with my card was fixed.
Traveling alone, as a women, i must say i felt really saf
