  The hotel is three blocks from the beach, which was just what my daughter wanted! It is new and very clean. We stayed in room 2 on the ground floor and it was very quiet--we had a small window that opened up to the outside toward the street but we had no noise at all. I had a balcony with table and chair that I could sit on and read, or drink wine and watch the world. I loved that it was close to everything and walking distance from the train station.
