We enjoyed our two night stay at Castell de Gimmenelles so much that we tried to return a few days later, but unfortunately for us they were full. Jordi and Marieke are fabulous hosts and Jordi is a very good chef, we recommend eating at the onsite restaurant. This is a home away from home in the beautiful Penedes wine district. The bedrooms are large and there are several lounge areas where you can relax. There are some good walks in the nearby hills.
