Basic accommodation, but clean, has everything you need for a self- catering stay. Plenty shops and restaurants around, 5-10 min walk to beaches (either side left or right), bus station is really close to take you anywhere in Tenerife -
Location was amazing, totally value for money. All the necessary stuff was in the room and it was clean.

The service at the hotel was very good, athought it is a very big hotel, we had the impression they knew their guests individually. Everything was clean, the room, the pool, the restaurant. Parking was fine infront of the hotel so no need to pay for the parking place... All in all we enjoyed our stay there as a family. -

The friendliness of staff on reception----couldn't do more for us whenever we asked for advise etc. The quality and the choice of food available was excellent, at all meal times. The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't. Very clean and perfect location , airport bus stop just at the corner (
La Paz) .Botanic Garden not far from us and big supermarket opposite. We
got off at bus stop and bought food for dinner after sightseeing. Lots
of bars , restaurants and shops .So we did't need to walk down to

I would recommend Masaru since we found everything extremely nice.
The value/price is very good.
The staff was very friendly and kind not just simply polite.
The location is very good. Nice area, shops, bars and low traffic. Pool area was well maintained.
Food was excellent and there were no hidden expenses when checking-out.

2) Very tasty and variety dinner with a lot of seafood, meat steaks, fruits etc. Breakfast was also very nice
3) From early morning till 9 p.m the entrance to the short way to the beach is open. It takes 15 minutes to walk to beach or Logo Martinez.
4) In 7 minutes walk there is bus station with connection to airpor

The hotel was very clean and staff were efficient, polite and attentive.
The location was convenient if you wanted to walk into town our walk the the next beach though you would need some time to do either and be quite fit.. Excellent value for money. We have recommended it to another couple who have booked a few days in the hotel and know it.

Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway.
The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view.
The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked.

Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.
