I visit the island regularly and will definitely use Relaxia Lanzaplaya again. - The location was absolutely brilliant. Only a very short walk from the main strip,beach and lots of activities. Taxi into the old town only about €3. The rooms were very clean and cleaned often. Our apartment was high at the back and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, and we managed to extend out stay by an extra night in the same apartment for the same rate. I would highly recommend it.

  Having stayed before,i was familiar with the barcarola,but was surprised there was no air conditioning and pool was very cold.i asked at reception about the pool but told it was due to the wind that it was cold.the first week it was too cold to use pool. perhaps when weather is breezy and cool it may be the time to heat it to a comfortable level. ... cosa dice la gente » the pool was not used at any level the first week until late in the day.I - who love the pool only used it twice in the first week and three in second - The location was excellent, we could not have had better. The grounds of the complex and pool area was very well kept and a nice environment to be in. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean with an excellent view of the sea. Overall the perfect place to stay.

  Fantastic, relaxing place. How wonderful to open your patio doors to the view of the sea. The Bungalows are exceptionally clean, all the staff are great, very helpful and friendly.   The location was perfect for us. just across the road from the beach. Nice food at the restaurant and excellent entertainment every night. Our apartment was in Block A, with a seaview, cost us a little extra but well worth it. The pool area was outside our front door. the bedroom was big enough and the beds very comfortable. I was looking for a place that I could visit on my own, - The view was fab. Looking on to the sea and beach. We were lucky to get a app looking out on to the main drag. Lots of thing going on but not to noisy as bedroom at the back. Pool cleaned every morning, laundry on complex. Very good stay. We would go back. We went for 7 nights here but also booked in to an app in the old town for 4 nights as we wanted to experiance both old and new part of puerto del carmen. So glad we done this.

  We stayed for one week in the apartment. It is not far away from the beach, approx 7 min. Room was cleaned 5 times for 7 days that is great. We did not use pool facilities since we are sea funs but as I saw pool was very clean. There is a pool bar that is opened for whole day and there you can have drinks and snacks. Staff is great. Very friendly & efficient staff, the rooms were cleaned every weekday, towels changed every other day & beds changed twice weekly.   Stayed here a few times before and will again. Great location close to everything. Great value for money also for the budget conscious. Has all the facilities one may need and is perfectly clean. The day I arrived there was a few ants in my apartment but this was dealt with immediately by the staff and there was no reoccurrence.   Excellent value for money, their staff were very friendly and polite, basic and simple, only 5 min walk from the beach and none of the noise from Puerto del Carmen nightlife (which is an extra bonus if you travel with young kids) - it was near the airport and about a ten minute walk into the main town, it was nice and quiet, rooms were fine, nice... cosa dice la gente » pool area, basic but that's all we expected, all in all a good all round inexpensive place to stay
