The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street. Great place,budget friendly,close to everything.Good food.Tasty evening meals."Happy hour"

The location and poolside bar. Apartments were fine.Very helpful staff and well maintained grounds. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, its not the Ritz but you get what you pay for and this was top notch.

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartments were basic but clean. The numerous pools were lovely and not over crowded. Plenty of beds available by the pool. The staff were fantastic, and the bar/restaurant had lovely food and great offers on drinks and also had entertainment every night. The location was so central, 2 minutes to the New town,

Appartments were spacious, clean and well maintained.
The entire complex was cleaned each morning, pools cleaned daily and treated each evening.
Loads of sun loungers, all looked new and again well maintained.
Food in the restaurant/bar was excellent and good value for money.
Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the restaurant staff and Evan in the pool side bar, very welcoming, friendly and brilliant with kids, ensured everyone was included in activities.
All in all, really enjoyed

Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. Alondra Villas are exquisite, simply outstanding in every way! We stayed
at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we
received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of
this world. Wine and snacks were left complementary upon our arrival and

The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!!

A great place to holiday -
It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

Great location, the buffets for both breakfast and dinner are fine. The pool area is also a very attractive feature of this place. The room itself was practical and had airco, we didn't experience noise from the neighbors.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.With in one hour of our arrival we upgraded to all inclusive from half board because we could see no reason to leave this place during our stay.The location is like a little oasis of heaven if you want to just relax and do as little as possible to recharge your batteries.It is so easy to get to from the airport, just a little over 10 Eoro's and about 5 mins.We will deffinately go back :-)

I visit the island regularly and will definitely use Relaxia Lanzaplaya again. -
The location was absolutely brilliant. Only a very short walk from the main strip,beach and lots of activities. Taxi into the old town only about €3. The rooms were very clean and cleaned often. Our apartment was high at the back and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, and we managed to extend out stay by an extra night in the same apartment for the same rate. I would highly recommend it.

Well decorated rooms and public areas.Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Food was varied and hot. Excellent value for money, their staff were very friendly and polite, basic and simple, only 5 min walk from the beach and none of the noise from Puerto del Carmen nightlife (which is an extra bonus if you travel with young kids) -
