  We previously stayed at Casa Matilda for one night and liked Leo and Elena's hospitaliy so much that we returned for a three day stay this October (2013) with two of our friends. So, we purchased a home meal prepared by Alana and served by Leo in their living room / breakfast room. Leo cheerfully carried all of our luggage up the steps. The room was a really a spacious suite and we had access to the roof garden, the previously mentioned living room, and the lobby. Leo and Alana made us feel like guests in their home. Nothing was too much trouble. The enormous house and gardens with pool were very spacious and because they only let out 5 rooms or so, felt almost like having your own country house. Throw in the extensive cycle paths (mostly for bikes only) through this lovely area and you have a recipe for a wonderful cycling holiday based as VM. - We enjoyed everything: the wonderful welcome of Silvia and her family, the very good breakfast (and how much embutido iberico!) with regional specialties and homemade cakes, the peace spreading through the morning song of birds...
