The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet.

Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

E' centralissimo, il personale è gentile e disponibile, ha camere ampie, comode e dotate di diversi comfort - E' in una posizione centralissima perciò molto comodo per qualsiasi spostamento. La stanza dell'hotel era confortevole e con un ottimo riscaldamento che si poteva regolare a piacimento.

il fatto di aver prenotato un appartamento ci ha per messo di cucinare quello che volevamo e nn dover rispettare degli orari. - A very modern 2 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen and lounge beautifully furnished and appointed. Only opened 2 months ago. Close to Granada City centre - about 10 min walk. - Central location. Newly furnished.

It´s a purpose built hostel, not a converted apartment building. The
rooms are very spacious. The staff was exceedingly helpful and very nice
(I can speak spanish, so I can't vouch for their foreign language
skills). There was a small leak on the toilet flush (it can happen in
the best places) when we arrived at about 2100, but the receptionist

Superb location and very spacious room. Felt newly decorated and the
word 'clean' simply can't describe the sparkling perfection
of the rooms and common areas. The photos simply don't do justice to
the hotel/hostal - common areas are beautiful and the building
reminded us of a Moroccan riad.

Possibly the best accommodation we've had in years. An airy, quiet,
lovely apartment right in the middle of everything (yet shielded from

The apartment is in a perfect central location right next to tapas bars and the main square where we were lucky enough to watch some street flamenco performances. The apartment was well-equipped with a nice kitchenette. The lady who checked us in was very helpful even though we arrived outside the usual check-in hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 5 nights and would not hesitate to come back.

Very clean and very quiet. Close to everything. Very well priced and parking is 12 euro but worth it as Granada is hard to find something on street. The palace close by is amazing BUT unfortunetly we couldnt get in, we started queing at 8am to get a ticket and by 9.30 they had sold out for the day,,,get one the day before and don,t be dissapointed

Great location. You can easily walk to all places, even to Alhambra.
The hostal is situated in a very nice and clean building.
There is a parking slot in the same building, for a reasonable price (12 euros per day).

The hotel is amazing and the staff are excellent. We arrived during
Siesta but the staff had still made it easy for us to get into our room
and go and use the pool and allowed us to check in later. It may look a
bit far out on the map, but its just up a small hill that we never

I say - amazing! Hotel in general is picture worthy and the rooms are
great. They even leave the room with tea and coffee, milk and drinks etc

Have great view of Alhambra. Needs a little uphill walk, but walking is historical district is very nice. Rooms have small snacks, kitchen facilities, which was a plus. Although due to arriving time we didn't meet any staff on arrival date, we got keys, maps, useful local information and recommendations without any difficulties.

We were there for 2 nights and the hotel was excellent .The car was
parked for me and was outside waiting when we were checking out.In a
lovely area with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a 20 minute
walk to the Alhambra following the hotels directions,NOT Googles. As
the Alhambra overlooks the city, if you do not like walking then public
transport etc is advisable as it is quite hilly for the last half of
the walk and would not suit every body.As we only used the hotel as a
