Room is really cozy. There is a fan inside which helps with the summer heat. Our room had a little terrace with two chairs and a table where we could have nice dinners which we cooked in the kitchen. Bathroom and kitchen were kept clean.
The only issue we had was trying to find the place. Besides that everything was great!
We stayed in Barcelona Cosy Rooms from 25 June to 3 july. This apartment has a great location: the Segrada familia,sea, garden, the Triumphal arch, the historic center - very close. Marina Metro Station is close to. But we went on foot usually. Importantly, bus station Barcelona Nord is nearby - 5 minutes' walk. Simone met us. She was very friendly. Rooms are small, but the bed is large and comfortable. Kitchen, toilet and shower were in good condition. We had all the necessary. Thank you Simone
The hotel is close to the center, all within easy reach. The house from the outside is not encouraging, but the apartment is excellent. Modern, stylish furniture, logical distribution. A real personality, whom we met in the arrival of the owner.
The bathroom is small and in the shower water stop. You should occupy the whole apartment to a company, but who has no problem to live a life different rhythm, it's not a problem.
The place is great, because it's next to a underground station. The rooms are nicely furnished. You are getting a key, so that you don't belong to anyone. The citchen is fully arranged.
There is only one bathroom for 4 rooms and it's next to a noisy road.
Everything was perfectly cleaned, the room had nice small, staff was very friendly and helpful, it is located in good place in the city 20 min valking from beach and from la sagrada familia, around is a lots of restaurant and shops, excellent experience

poor drainage in the shower, you would have the dirty water soaking your feet during shower. hot water was not enough (when you are the last room to take shower) no reception so there would be no chance of lugguage storage before and after check in.

The room and barthroom was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Location was great, 2 minute walk from Metro station.
No air con, the room was very hot at night. There was a lot of outside noise which made it hard to sleep.

Is not a hotel, take a split family room, as the hotel! Poor facilities, buildings dilapidated buildings!
