  The staff made us feel like we were at home as soon as we got there. The breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day.It was very clean and well kept. The internet worked just fine for us. It was hard to leave. - Very comfortable, well located. It combines a quiet, "off the beaten path" location with a hotel that was within walking distance of all the best of Cape Town. Very helpful front desk with fantastic assistance in all things. A really great hotel and well worth the price.

This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

  Everything about this guesthouse is wonderful. Joe and Marius, the owners, are incredibly accommodating. They will stop by breakfast every morning, tell you about the weather, and recommend things to do. Breakfast is wonderful and personalized to your wants. Though it was too c - I stayed at Mountview for 6 nights and my experience was very positive. Joe sat down with me for 30 minutes on the first day and explained about the tours, local stores, safety and all other questions I had knowing that it was my first time in Cape Town. The hotel was kept clean at all times and I had no troubles by commuting to the hotel alone. Also staying at Sea Point (quite neighborhood in a shadow of hill and 5 minute walk to the ocean breath) was exactly what I was looking for in this

  Colazione, SPA - This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. It was also situated near to the cental area. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage until the room was ready. The swimming pool must have the best veiw in town being on the 19th floor! The rooms and service is very good. The location of the hotel is good and the use of the free shuttle to the Vand A water front is very useful. If you get a good rate this is the hotel to stay in.

  This hotel lived up to all our expectations and more. We arrived at 10.30am and expected to just leave our luggage, but we were given our room straight away. All the staff were very accommodating and the room was very pleasant. The road was bellow our room but we did not hear any noise at all. A lovely big bath was a treat.
