Great location, great staff. This hotel is owner operated and family run. After one day, we felt like we were part of the owners family. Best concierge services I have ever experienced. The owner, Ursula, made reservations, oredered taxis, arranged tours and looked after us. The room was spacious and felt like an apartment. I could not recommend this place more highly

The complimentary wifi and mini bar, which was replenished daily, are a very nice touch and something that hardly any boutique hotel of this size offers.
Our room was lovely, spacious, clean and luxurious and with a great view of the ocean.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and that just made it an even nicer place to stay.
Will definitely be returning.

The staff were great, just couldn't do enough for you and the hotel
itself is a great mix of the old original house and newly built annex
with lots of facilities, including a bar, jaccuzzi (if the weather
allows), good size pool etc.Breakfast is also of a high standard with an
excellent continental selection as well as choice of hot options. The
breakfast room is a lovely location with comfortable chairs and soothing
background music being played, all getting the day off to a great start.

i love the warmth of the owner and staffs, they care so much about what you need. the apartment is extremely clean and have complete facilities. can't get better location! this apartment is located in quiet nice place. it is not in the middle of central busy city but it takes you only few minutes to go to any best places in capetown. -

The staff was so nice to our whole family and very hospitable. We felt very comfortable staying here and would do so again in the future.

The hotel was spectacular and the attention to detail from the decor to the ambiance within the room (gentle music in the background) was impressive. The view from the hotel is out of this world! Breakfast each morning was delicious and elegant. I loved every moment being there! -

The staff was terrific. They helped us with all of our needs. Our group occupied 3 different rooms, and we tended to order in because we had such busy days out. Van was helpful with our orders and our calls for taxis. We would stay here a gain in a second. -

Beautiful surroundings. Wonderful staff. Breakfast as and when you like. Quiet and well equipped. Plenty of parking. No interference from management. It was my husband's 30th birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for him. Special mention to Daphne and Mandla whom really went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I loved the room beyond everything and felt really cosy. I will definitely be back to stay at the hotel:). Thank you to your hotel and amazing staff.
