Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy.

Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard
facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina
although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a
little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and
appeared safe.

An amazing Riad!!
The rooms are all beautiful. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day.
Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable.
Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%

Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. The rhiad is very pretty and full of character. Although just a 5 min walk from the busy streets, the location is very quiet and therefore you feel very relaxed when you return. Mostapha was an incredible host welcoming us late in the evening like family with traditional Moroccan tea and an orientation to Marrakech. He was a great guide on our first day trying to find our way through the alleys, souks and squares of the Medina. The room was authentic and comfortable and the roof deck is worth visiting to see/hear/feel the city. A terrific introduction to the old city. Wonderful experience - highly recommended.

Loved the take of a modern Riad built in the traditional fashion located in the middle of the mayhem of the Souk of the old Medina.
Ideally located to truly experience both the old and the new Marrakech. Why stay in the 'sterile' new city hotels and never experience Marrakech as it's meant to be experienced?

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

This riad is a little gem. It has only been open for 2.5 years and everything inside is brand new and of amazing taste. Laurence is a wonderful hostess. Beautiful riad in the heart of the city. Well positioned to access all
the main sites. We stayed in Moulay which was perfectly designed in a
moroccon style with a big bathroom.
The breakfast was amazing and served up on the roof top terrace.
I would strongly recommend ordering dinner at the hotel - you have to order in the morning and it isn't cheap but it is delicious. very romantic too as more often than not you'll be the only couple in the dining area.

For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD! Be aware that it is located a 15 minute drive away from the city in the countryside, but the hotel

Excellent location and amazing staff!!! My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable.
