We had an excellent stay in this authentic place, located just in front of big dunes of Erg Chebbi. The Guest gouse is located in Tiharien village (4 km from Merzouga). We loved our stay here, including the night in the desert they arranged for us. The staff was amazing and the family that owns the guesthouse was incredibly welcoming -- Hassan sat on the terrace with us for half an hour just to chat after we arrived. They're also working to preserve the dunes and keep dirtbikes and quads off them. Great people! W

and pleasurable. The food is the best I've had in Morocco (and I
have been here for 2 months so far). The rooms are very spacious and

it if it wasn't for some friendly locals. Food was delicous, the
best food we ate while traveling through Morocco. The staff are very
friendly and helpful they go out of their way to accommodate you. The
locals in the market are all very friendly. The market was amazing the

One of the nicest, friendliest and relaxed places i´ve ever been!
We really enjoyed the fantastic view and the delicious breakfast on the terrace. the rooms were clean, cozy and very stylish equipped. The service was absolutely perfect. The owners of Kasbah Azalay, Hamid, Mohamed (best moroccan driver!!!) and his brothers are doing an awesome job. Always in a good mood. We had a great camel trip and a 4x4 tour around the area.

We enjoyed every last detail of our trip. Our guides were incredibly
helpful, very kind and patient with our children. We arrived in the
midst of a late night sand/rainstorm and yet Mohammed still came
out to guide us back to our room. We were invited into their homes, fed
like kings, catered too and truly felt not only at ease but also safe.
We had been a bit worried traveling to Morocco with only woman and
children, but the staff was very kind and we never felt a bit of unease
while visiting
