We loved our stay here, including the night in the desert they arranged for us. The staff was amazing and the family that owns the guesthouse was incredibly welcoming -- Hassan sat on the terrace with us for half an hour just to chat after we arrived. They're also working to preserve the dunes and keep dirtbikes and quads off them. Great people! W

and pleasurable. The food is the best I've had in Morocco (and I
have been here for 2 months so far). The rooms are very spacious and

We were very well greeted by Ali and his staff. Ali quickly arranged
jeep and dromedary (no camels in Africa) trips for us. The room was
nicely decorated, Maroccan style. We had a wonderful evening meal under
the tent by the pool and all you can eat breakfast. Above all we got
what we came for, to see the desert, visit a different culture and meet
friendly people.

One of the nicest, friendliest and relaxed places i´ve ever been!
We really enjoyed the fantastic view and the delicious breakfast on the terrace. the rooms were clean, cozy and very stylish equipped. The service was absolutely perfect. The owners of Kasbah Azalay, Hamid, Mohamed (best moroccan driver!!!) and his brothers are doing an awesome job. Always in a good mood. We had a great camel trip and a 4x4 tour around the area.

Everything was perfect! We booked a room at Chez tonton and got a really big, nice and clean room in berber style. The staff was really friendly! We also booked a trip with a driver around the desert, saw fossiles, an old coal mine, nomads in their tents, had a nice picnic next to the desert under a tree, etc. in the evening we made a camel trip into the dunes and stayed overnight. La Source is located in the small village of Hassi Labied, a 15min drive from Merzouga and a short walking distance from the Great Dune of Erg Chebbi. The view is wonderful from their terrace. The auberge is clean and welcoming, brothers Omar and Said treated us as real friends and their sisters cooked the best tagines. We would love to go back to La Source and definitely recommend you to choose them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and food were good. There is a lovely garden at the courtyard. You can have breakfast ( in the sun ) on the roof-terrace overlooking the sand-dunes, the oasis and the camels. In the evening you can enjoy the fabulous stars here.
After dinner the staff accompanied us in making music with drums and singing, very amusing. We enjoyed a jeep ride through the desert organized by the Riad: 4 hours enjoying the beautiful

Our room was comfortable with a large carved wooden headboard. The tile and copper fittings in the bathroom were over the top. We had a small balcony overlooking the sand dunes.

Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo! Il personale è stupendo, gentile e molto affettuoso e l'albergo è caratteristico ed accogliente. La piscina ci ha rigenerati dal caldo di agosto! Anche l'escursioni che offre la struttura sono di ottimo livello e curate nei particolari. Bello davvero!

Great hotel or more like typical morrocan Inn of the desert. The location is breathtaking no picture can discrabe the dunes of Erg Chebbi.
