The room was lovely with nice clean linen and comfy bed. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately our room didn't have an outside window in hot weather so spoilt our stay, otherwise it would have been 10/10. The staff lent us a fan but the room was still stifling. Its a hotel, with hot water from the beginning, good and working WIFI everywhere, clean, separated almost new bathroom. The guy at the reception was extremely kind... So nothing to complain at all! And by the way the things mentioned above are not typical for Moroccan accomodations (except the staff, they were always very hospitable).

location of the house is very nice - in the middle of real moroccan village. Eat on the roof top terrace and enjoy great views. Despite we were the only people in the hotel and arrived late, we got nice dinner and even listened to local songs :) -

Owner and staff so friendly and willing to help... gave us a tour and let us choose our own room as we were the first to arrive for night, the food were some of the best in all of our stay in Morocco, and the pool area is quite relaxing and clean. Would stay again and recommend to anyone -

Stayed in the Shehrazad room which was well-decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. AC worked great, which made a huge difference because the heat in Ouarzazate was oppressive. While some have complained about the Vegas feel, my wife and I found the new and luxurious accommodations to be a welcome respite from the other riads we stayed at. Breakfast poolside was also a nice touch.

The staff was extremely welcoming, we were greeted with fresh orange juice in the lovely lushy green garden. The berber tents were very nicely decorated and comfortable. It's a perfect place to relax!

The views from the terrace of the riad are outstanding. It looks out over the kasbah dwelling as well as the countryside.
The room itself was okay. It was a bit dark and the bathroom needs upgrading.
Breakfast was superb. We were served a copious amount of food with a variety of breads, pancakes, boiled eggs and yogurt. It was delicious.

The gentleman at receiption was very helpful in finding us a taxi, to take us around the city. The taxi cost was very low and affordable . His communication skill was good. The breakfast was good with a few extra cups of coffee included in the price ( very generous ). Will definitely recommend Residance Rosas to other travellers, infact Rosas was recommended to me by a friend.

Rita is a lovely woman, who makes you feel at home from the minute you arrive. Very nice and cozy riad, which we highly recommend to everyone. Since we visited her riad in January, we especially appreciated the heating. Thank you, Rita - we'll love to come back!
