The owner is really helpful and you can use the facilities (kitchen and washing machine) for free. It's really important for us as we have been traveling for a few days and need to wash our clothing. We arrived at 5pm and needed to find something to eat. The lady owner offered to take us to some eating places which is famous for the local "sanbab" and she told us after meal we could walked around as the place is closed to many of the local tourist attractions. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Cute traditional house. Rooms are clean, well maintained with tv and
aircon. Its provided with korean futon and pillow stuffed with barley.
So you need to like sleeping on the floor! Kitchen is provided with
fridge, water, egg and bread which is really nice only 4 rooms available
so you feel almost like in a private house
location is 2 minutes Walk from bus terminal which is very convenient to access pretty much all sites.
Traditional Korean style guesthouse with basic facilities-air cond, floor heater, TV, hair dryer, etc. Great location, less than 10 minutes walk to express bus terminal and intercity bus terminal. Very kind and friendly owner. Kitchen can be used at any time. Recommended for those who wish to try to have a Korean traditional stay. I myself had a great experience here!.
The host is friendly. Location is good, near the coach station, about 3
minutes walk. Room is really clean and quite. Supermarket, gs 25 store,
Macdonald's, and coffee shop is near by. It's good choice to
experience the Korean traditional house.
Best location. We got off the bus, booked a city tour and had time to go
to the guesthouse, drop ourgear and back to the tour. 2 mnutes rom the
bus depot. We had a kitchen and she had left food for us to make our
breakfast.
Great location. Only 3 or 4 minutes from the bus station. Very nice traditional style accomodation. It was a comfortable and relaxed guesthouse.
Great location, very near the bus terminal, tourist information center, and city tour office.
Very quite n comfort place, near the resident home, can feel the warm of
Korea people.
nice room, bread and coffee available.
Interesting hotel in traditional korean style. Small rooms & you sleep on the floor. Funny to experience, but (for me) definitely only for 1/2 nights. Good price & interesting traditional korean direct neighbourhood. Shops, restaurants and town center nearby.
Location is good as it is fairly close tho bus terminal. It is a nice
experience to Korean style house.
The location is within walking distance to some of the sightseeing spots and near to the bus terminus.
good location.
Location near intercity and express bus terminals. Near bus stop to get
to Bulguksa Temple. Walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and Tumuli
Tombs. There is communal kitchen with eggs, toast, coffee and a
computer. Staff initially very welcoming and helpful with information
about where to eat and how to get to places. Nice heated flooring in
Autumn/Winter, especially when sleeping on floor Korean-style.
Nothing I like about this guesthouse.
It can be quite hard to find because it is located in a small alley but
you can find the directions by asking the tourist info center at bus
terminal, only 2 minutes walk from there then it is easy to find. Just
walk on the main street from bus terminal and stay on the right side.
Once you find the shop vip car rental just turn right in the alley
owner is barely there so you cant count on ger to get info.
The host only can speak a little English and use body language to
communicate. The entrance is not easy to find, can check the
surroundings on Daum Map before arrival. To the main scenes needs to
walk about 15-20 minutes.
I think you really have to like sleeping on the floor.
Nothing!.
wifi does not reach well all the rooms.
Not too comfortable, particularly when you are big. Bathroom could have been cleaner.
It's not very easy to find the guesthouse, that would be nice
if owner can provide a map to show the landmark that travelers need
to aware of.
There were road works going on when we arrived. The lanes were rough and bumpy; difficult to wheel our luggage in. It would be better if they cleaned the spider webs.
- Construction nearby at time of stay so no water between 0900 and 1700.
- Hot water was shut off for the last two days of stay and was not turned back on after complaint to owner, as was reassured by owner. Shower with cold water in Autumn/Winter not healthy.
- WiFi slow at times or not available at all
- Bedding did not look like it was cleaned well
- Yard was still under construction? Or at least it looked like it.
- difficult to find (even with help from the locals).
- no water supply and heating during my stays (I think due to some construction works outside). The owner should have informed us about this.
- I just don't know what's the point staying in a place without any water and heating especially during this freezing cold weather.
