  The staff was really nice. meals are ok, with breakfast in dining room and private dinner in your own room. Location a bit far from JR station but right in the center of shopping street so it's quite convenient once you get there. - Not too far from station and a short walk you could see many shops. Very convinient.

  Enjoyed the private cottage feeling and private baths. While bathing, you can see Mt Yufu. The meals were excellent and the best on our trip. Only stayed one night so not sure how far it would be to walk to town. Very peaceful area. Will go there again.   Being a small hotspring town meant that it was tougher getting English language support but Yadoya's Naoko-san speaks such perfect English that she made my stay a very enjoyable one! Naoko-san is very personable and takes time to explain every detail and recommending restaurants around the area to eat. Thank you for the hospitality! It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the main shopping street - Yunotsubo Kaido, and 10 minutes to walk to Lake K - I like the private room of 熱溫泉 as I have privacy and both indoor and outdoor are available for me to try. The staff are all very nice and pleasant. If their English language ability is better, easier communication is possible.
