+ Good location close to the railway station + Friendly and helpful staff (Checked us in before check-in time) + Air conditioning in room + Internet works! (It was the only hotel in Italy out of 10 we stayed at, where WiFi really worked in the room). Good price-value ratio, clean room, but smells a little bit - does not matter, we opened the window for few minutes. Easy to find, next to Termini station. If you speak english only, the receptionist calls somebody on phone to speak with.

Room is not small and I felt this is better that some 2 starts hotel in other place in Italy. wifi is good. very close to the train station. Boss is a Chinese which can apply convinience to chinese tours. Automaticly check out, which is easy and saving time. Fair price for its excellent location, 5 minutes' walk from Termini. Big rooms in clean condition. Nice staff who provide maps and water boiler. The staff are nice and the location is very good for going to different locations. Close to train station. - It was a bit noisy inside - Shower and tap are not in good condition, should be fixed - There's no sign on the building (only a small label on intercom), so it's a bit hard to find it. The receptionist is a chineese guy, only speaks mandarin and italian, a bit hard to get understand. No breakfast (neither offer). no. The shower room is a bit too small. difficult to find, no signs and signboards. Was a little difficult to find the office. Needs to be better identified. Noisy, near to main road, midnight too noisy. Airconditioner was out of order on the hottest night in Rome. The receptionist had rather poor knowledge of English. Credit cards not accepted (had to go to the Termini station to the cash-mashine). A/C didn't work. Shower drain was blocked from the day we got there. Beds were hard. Continuous earthquakes caused by the metro , Owner doesn't speak english only italian and chinese . Felt very unsafe in area, the walls paper thin, and kept us up at 12pm, bed uncomfortable - floor shakes soo much each time a train comes in, lift dogey so had to walk 6 flights of stairs each time. Very dirty entrance. Would not recommend it.
