  B&B is located on the outskirts of La Maddalena beach-side village, so one should consider having a car to move around. Having a car, or catching an ARST bus, it easy to travel to nearby beaches, or to Cagliari. The owner, Pasqualle, was utterly friendly and helpful. So was rest of staff, though not English-speaking. At first sight we got sad, but we realised that they also felt embarrassed, so they act in a very very proper way and made very nice favours and gestures to keep us happy, contrary to what is believed as misfortune became a fortune. The location of the hotel is really perfect (A few minutes drive from porto cervo) . Make sure you rent a car while you are staying there,so that you can visit other beaches and places. This doesn't have anything to do with the location of the hotel, where ever you go in Sardinia you need to rent a car.
