  THe close location to the Duomo and the rest of Florence. Hearing the bells ring everyday. THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. The free breakfast was much better than expected, and very well stocked. Even the cappuccino was good! The bathroom was spacious clean and everything worked. For the price and location, I'd definitely recommend this place.

  Right after the booking I got an e-mail from the staff, which welcomed my booking and gave basic info about the B&B. The B&B was easy to find, almost next to the Duomo. The B&B was on the second floor, with about 40 steps of stairs. The room with the external bathroom was basic with queen bed, TV, little table, minibar, chair, cupboard... cosa dice la gente » . The beds were very comfortable (and large) for Europe - Actually the most comfortable we've slept in since beginning our European travels nearly a year ago. The location is excellent - a short walk from the train station and right next to the Duomo. It is an easy walk to most of the sites, and in the heart of the beautiful city.   Perfect location. Crawling distance to the Duomo. In the heart of Florence. Loved Lorenzo and his mom Barbara. Very clean, very comfortable and included a lovely self serve breakfast. Wi-Fi was also good. We entered through an unassuming doorway, up a tiny old exposed elevator to a welcoming B&B on the forth floor. Very quaint!
