Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk. Lovely relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. Beds and towels changed every day! Superb posit

Most of the staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms are really clean and comfortable, we had a nice balcony with a pool view. (you might also get a room with almost no view at all!) The hotel is located at a very nice, long beach. We liked Rethymnon much more than Hania, it's definitely worth visiting! -

The staff were fantastic, very friendly but still professional. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, large choice of foods of good quality, something for everyone. The lobby, pool area, beach and grounds were beautiful and very well tended. -
