The staff could not have been more attentive and the accommodation was of a very high standard. The pool was lovely and the room was large and well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast had more varied selection than some others we have been to in Greece. Fantastic coastal views!

The staff could not do enough for us. They picked us up from airport and took us to the port for a ferry crossing. I cannot praise them enough. tHe hotel is in a fab location with wonderful views across Ornos bay and towards mykonos town

Tranquillità e panorama. - Magnificent view of caldera and sunsets, as described. Upon arrival were surprised to have a suite with fridge and cooking facilities instead of only a double room with extra cot as ordered. I liked everything. I have been to Santorini before and the overall standard of accommodation is high at every price level. It is highly competitive too. What makes the Sigal stick out is the unassuming nature of your hosts, all members of the same lovely family who are always cheerful and overtly helpful without straying into the poncey attendant type operation that Santorini seems to have sprouted in abundance. Although Santorini pretty much has amazing views anywhere you go, the views from the Villas were special because it allowed a unique perspective from the main parts of the island. Staying in Akrotiri is a must if you enjoy culture or history. The Villas boast a perfect spot right next to a path that will lead to a tucked away, almost private beach and a great little seaside restaurant. Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

My room had a balcony with beautiful view of the harbor and windmills. The sunset view was breathtaking. The hotel had lovely terraces. The hotel is located 15-20 minute walking distance from the town center (uphill) but the view is worth it.
The breakfast was very good. The cookies and cakes were especially decicious!!
The hotel offered free transfer to and from the port which was very convenient.

The staff were awesome. So helpful and friendly. The pool/bar area were beautiful and were so relaxing! The breakfast was buffet style and was a little different each morning. It was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and that was great as well.
