  Hotel was lovely, the staff were great the room was a good size. It has an old world feel to it. Good location. It is a five minute walk to the main christmas Market, and the subway is right outside of the hotel. - The standard of 5 stars was strictly respected

  Excellent hotel and holiday base in a magnificent setting. Staff very pleasant and made every effort to make our stay perfect. We had a junior suite in the 'Residence', a new wing with modern décor and spacious rooms, with a large, south-facing covered balcony / terrace; we'll ask for the same next time. Tastefully and warmly furnished overall, comfortable and clean rooms. Restaurant is pleasently staffed and the food is excellent, both from buffet and a-la-carte. An absolutely wonderfull experience overall! Can't say anything less! We'd love to be back soon.
