Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. Very smart rooms with
ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have
sliding door for privacy. Shower is great with multiple modes and no
problems with going hot or cold. Bed is comfy with separate single
duvets. Duvets and pillows are down but not a problem for my feather

It would be impossible to list what I loved about the Axel; I've
searched to find something that could be improved, but the rooms, the
location, the decor, the dedication fo the regitry staff to help in
every way..are all outstanding. I had some shower problems with the
hotwater, and both times, the young man at the desk came almost
immediately to resolve the problem...and did so, graciously.and
efficiently. All three young men at the desk for the four days I was

Un Grande e pieno di stile Albergo. A Berlino è difficile avere di più!! - La posizione è molto buona. I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities I needed (in-room wifi, room service, taxi call service, etc) and met my expectations. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.

Great Service! We received and upgraded room with access already at 8.30 in the morning! Fine pool and sauna facility. Nice work out room. Great design and comfort and lovely situated in a nice and quiet area with the park & zoo just outside. We had a fantastic stay and warmly would reccommend to others.

Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated,
only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms
were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very
professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and
spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds
could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they
don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso.
