We wanted to be close to Sachsenhausen and this was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. They helped us find parking and get everything we needed. -
Excellent location...close to restaurants, downtown, and walks along the river.

Il personale e' stato disponibile,anche se nessuno parlaval'italiano.La pulizia della camera era adatta ad un albergo 3 stelle.IPrezzi del ristorante erano altini,per0' nelle vicinanze c'erano moltialtri ristoranti(alcuni anche italiani) , dove abbiamo mangiatobene.BUONA La vicinanza con la metroipolitana. Il centro distava circa15 minuti a piedi.

Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

The staff were very helpful and the facility was clean and we'll appointed. Breakfast was superb.
The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, to our pleasant surprise there was all sorts of good quality free goodies waiting for us as in our room (little bag of clarins cosmetics, chilled green tea and everything in d minibar was free)...not far from city centre and also quiet. Private parking at the back of the hotel was a convenience. All in all...we will go back!

The staff friendliness, the hotel design, the comfort of their beds and cleanliness. The location is very good, only 5 mins walk from main train station and there are several tram stops and U-bahn stations within 5 min walk. Walking to City Centre is possible also. -

Jumeirah Frankfurt is a modern luxurious hotel located in the heart of Frankfurt shopping areas. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with l'occitane toiletries. Very good breakfast with is served in the hotel restaurant but for an extra cost (in our cost).
